Best cable service for HD channels? (Lahore)

I'm looking to get the best cable provider with maximum number of HD tv channels? Im currently using Wateen but not sure how good their Digital Cable is.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried PTCL SmartTV? It has huge number of channels list and picture quality is also good.

Pttfff. I have a real tv which is 55 inches. PTCL smart tv is only good for dummies tv which are from 27 to 31 inches. Plus, its there are no HD channels. I mean like its 2016.

Dish TV HD but it is very expensive.

There is DISH TV and TATA Sky. DISH TV costs about 1000-1200rs per month for HD channels.

PTCL's smart tv is NOT EVEN DVD QUALITY! It's very low resolution!!

And btw, I asked around for the dish tv HD and the local seller told me 1500rs per month.. That's a lot expensive.
