Aoa, this is my first post on PG.
I currently have 8mb VDSL, and generally you get half of your download as upload in VDSL packages. However, for my downstream 8208kbps, I get an upstream of around 600-800, even less on a bad day.
From what little I know, it has something to do with my SNR, which for downstream is plenty but I've never seen the upload part hit 10dB. If anyone has had similar issues, what should I do, or ask the linemen/exchange to do to fix this? I've tried complaining through the helpline but it devolves into "you'll just have to deal with it".
Any input is appreciated.
