What error? I can't help if I don't know what error came up.
Take a screenshot of the error and post it here.
Also, are you sideloading the file with the original filename or have you changed it?
I cant take a picture because if I go through that process again, it will delete all of my data. I will just go ahead and trade this for another note 5 which is not of any variant of this type

Get an SM-N920T or if you don't want American, then either the N920C or the N920I.
