Just a fair warning for those who haven't finished the game

Alright lets begin.


Juno makes Desmond kill Lucy (that scene was extremely well done as well). She talks about someone who will aid us in the future, but that someone is not in eye shot. Also we when finally uncover the Truth Subject 16 also tells us to "Journey to Eden and find Eve". Now what Juno and Subject 16 were talking about is probably the same individual, so what is this supposed to mean? New character in the next game?

And then the after credits conversation where some guys show up and say something like.

Guy 1: "He's in shock, Put him in the Animus!"
Guy 2: "No! He's been in for far too long".
Guy 1: "Just do it!"

Now who the hell are these guys Templar's?? Assassin's?

Come to think while in Monterrigioni when you check your email, Shaun, Rebbecca and Lucy at times emailed this guy named "William M." who might be a member of the Assassin Order it is possible that they told him about the Apple's location after we discovered it in the Colosseum, but sounds a bit unlikely.

However, the Templar's might as well have watching Desmond and the others all along knowing that they would lead them to the Apple.

Also the starting scene when we tried to get into the Sanctuary as Desmond with Lucy, that scene was SO Uncharted-ish. Damn you Nolan! :hah:

Besides Desmond's story, I really didn't like Ezio's much. It felt too bland and uninspiring (maybe because the creative directors gone ) . Besides with all the shit load of stuff to do I kept on forgetting what the next story mission was

Oh and the Apple is a shitty weapon I'd much rather use my sword or Hidden blades.

And yes this thread was necessary since games that have more complicated stories such as Assassin's Creed deserves their own thread.

Alright I just finished the game, So WTF?

They made him kill Lucy, or injure her atleast, and then these two guys wee talking about him being in the Animus, What would he be doing in an animus? WTF? Didi all of this even Happen? I have yet to see the truth videos so.

Over on Ezio's side, The ending just seemed rush, I was surprised at how quickly they killed Rodrigo and Cesare.

BTW How can I go back to the memories after the end? Do i Have to wait for the credits to end?

Yeah it did happen, the two guys showed up AFTER he passed out. They were probably Templars knowing that they would lead them to the apple or that the Assassins found him and took him back to their headquarters or something. And he wasn't already in an Animus. I think the guy just told the other to put him in the Animus after he passed out.

And yeah you need to watch the credits to play the game after the ending.

I guess all they really needed was an excuse to let the players play in ROME after the end

Why would they put him in the Animus when they've already got the apple?

So they killed off two characters in a rush! Not a good sign. But is the story at least coheret and tight, because I hate loose story with 400 feet plot holes.

Then they probably were the Assassins who found them or it is possible that Shaun and Rebecca contacted them after Desmond passed out and Lucy lay dead. They probably got them back to their headquarters which they probably had. Desmond must have gone into shock at which point they put him in the Animus (strange healing bs or something).The assassins could have an Animus themselves or must have used the one Desmond used, which Shaun and Rebecca might have brought with them to the hideout.

^^Maybe, So who or What is this "SIXTH"? A new character or something, Juno told Desmond to Find "SHE".And what about Ezio? IS it over, I though that those Christina memories would lead to Ezio doing some woohoos and finally end Ezio's story in Assassin's Creed.

When I heard sixth sense the first thing that came to my mind was Eagle Vision. Also this "SHE" yeah probably is a new character they will introduce in the next game btw do all Truth puzzles more is revealed about her, quiet interesting tidbits. Also I think Ezio is done, they've pushed his story to the limited. Flankly, there's nothing left to tell except perhaps who was the girl he banged to continue his bloodline. XD

Me too but then I realized that Technically Eagle vision is just a modification to the sense of sight, It's not exactly a sixth sense.Besides If desmond had this sixth sense I imagine he wouldn't be so confused.

He says: "she's not what you think she is" WTF does that mean

and that "It's already too late" Juno said the same thing to Desmond, what could they be talking about, did something happen?

I don't know if you noticed this but during the game at sequence 6 I think I went out to explore Monterrigioni, when I turned on Eagle vision at the door to the villa I realized that I could see some footprints highlighted in Red, Red means enemy right? and at that time Lucy was the only one outside, she wasn't in the villa and was nowhere to be found.That could be her tracks.But then again she was shown blue at the end of AC1 so.............

Yeah I saw those tracks, that was the route Ezio took to escape. Possible it were his blood drenched footprints. Likewise you can see Subject 16s blood smeared all over the wall in Desmond's room in AC1. Also both could only be seen with Eagle Vision, them showing up as Red just meant it was blood I think.

Perhaps Juno did that for another reason? She didn't want Desmond and Lucy too be. He wanted him to find 'Eve' which she is probably referring to a female descendant of her. Maybe Juno wants them to mate and have a child which will have Eve's genetics and Desmond's special "powers".

Also when you solve all of Subject 16s puzzles you get an Achievement/Trophy named ".. .- -- .- .-.. .. ...- ." which is morse code for "IAMALIVE", unsure what's it supposed to mean but then again I Am Alive is a name of a Ubisoft game

I Am alive is supposed to be some post apocalyptic game, Hey remember that card board box from when we first encounter Leo? Peace walker Easter egg

The footprints actually kept going back n forth like someone was pacing.And Lucy was just missing during an entire sequence late in the game, I kept searching but couldn't find her i town.

Hey remember that Shaun said that the masonic eye and phrygian cap only come together......? Well apparently they come together as a symbol of liberty and pursuit of happiness in french revolution. Maybe that would be the setting for the nest game.

Oh yeah I that on another forum as well. Originally ACII was rumored to take place during the French Revolution, but not it seems ACIII is more likely to take place during it.

But I would fucking LOVE a 1800s London setting during the Jack the Ripper era, that would be truly brilliant.

What a shocking ending but i'm convinced that Desmond was reliving his memories in another animus. At the end of AC2 Minerva implies that after the catastrophe that struck the world only a few remained of the "supreme beings" and "our kind" but they both rebuilt. This is also clarified by what Juno says in the last level about "we tried to pass it through the blood" but she also sounded darn pissed that we broke their tools and that they should have left us as we were. What distinguishes those Gods from us is their sixth sense as all mentioned in the last level. Subject 16 has repeatedly said that she is not who we think she is so i think that the "sixth" Juno mentions is a power of some kind because she also says awaken the sixth, the genes for the sixth power might be in Eve and Desmond's and Eve's combined genome will probably bring back one of the Gods. That will be the awakening and Lucy was killed because she probably would have caused hindrance in the God's plan or maybe what Gizmo said. I still don't get the significance of 2012 and 72 days, that is just way too short time for Desmond to find Eve and then have a kid.

Subject 16 is dead but he is probably alive inside the animus, his memories and all. There is so much going on in this game

I really doubt Desmond was reliving his memories in another Animus. I'm still betting he was found and put in the Animus AFTER he lost consciousness.

Desmond said no when he was stabbing Lucy and you hear a weak no as the credits roll as well, it could be the same "no" plus when Juno took over Desmond if you sync it with the convo going on at the end one of the guys said that he has gone into shock, could be it.

At this point just about Everything is possible since they haven't revealed much about the next game yet, I'm done wondering so I'm just gonna wait for the next game
