Want To Sell ASRock Z68 Pro3 Gen3 [almost new and in warranty]

CONDITION:
Perfect. Not a single issue and it hasn't been used much, Just a month maybe. It's just lying around so I'm selling it.

BEWARE, he sold me this motherboard, received on 27/11/13, checked it and told him within an hour(which can be verified by tcs) of receiving about this condition of the Motherboard,






and he started blaming me, his accusations are not possible, I couldn't damaged the board by installing a cpu, damaging it, removing it and then taking pics of it, within an HOUR!
