With alterIW gone, is there any other alternative? I really miss MW2, 3 isn't nearly as good

this guy @TheAwesome1 is a COD legend!!! He's helped me out with countless things I use AlterREV and it works fine for me.

AlterRev is working fine, but still it doesn't have the standard of AlterIW. Damn I miss AIW!
