I used to get 50ms in dubai when I play csgo. Now I have near 200ms. Dont know y. Everything was fine couple of days ago. I have connect internet and 4mb package. The speed test results are same as before. I have no idea what is the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep the pings are fluctuating for me too since yesterday on Connect. But fortunately I think this is related to the maintenace work being carried out as mentioned on dodear.com.This message is being shown there 'Connect Users may face minor service degradation due to an urgent maintenance activity, that has been carried out by Upstream Provider.'
They are routing through PIE. Give them a call and tell them if its possible to switch your connection back to TW. Connect Pings are usually really inconsistent(e.g. Dubai 20-250+, SEA 70-300, Spain, EU, Rus 130-300).
Just do a traceroute, if you see pie in the logs, theres not much you can do(min 110 ping), while TW Route can give from 20-150 by reconnecting/disconnecting.
