well you can try cyberghost vpn for torrent limit 1gb only :p so go for vpn ..good vpn price is 10$ pm

Now get a vpn software like Hotspot Shield. I tried it with hotspot. Enable it, and trying downloading the torrent..

I checked this with both public and private tracker torrents..

I have 4mb ptcl.. getting speed around 200-290kbps which isn't max but better than 0.1kbps.

Its better to wait a little bit more and above all, hope for the best.
