As our torrents are not working, is there any free way/vpn (which gives good downloads) to make them work, please help -.-

well you can try cyberghost vpn for torrent limit 1gb only
so go for vpn ..good vpn price is 10$ pm
This awesome guy. Yes HSS does work with torrents.Guys I think I might have a solution for this torrent blocking problem.
In utorrent go to: options-->preferences-->bittorrent
Under protocol encryption check "Allow Incoming legacy connections".
Set outgoing to "Forced".
Now get a vpn software like Hotspot Shield. I tried it with hotspot. Enable it, and trying downloading the torrent..
I checked this with both public and private tracker torrents..
I have 4mb ptcl.. getting speed around 200-290kbps which isn't max but better than 0.1kbps.

Its better to wait a little bit more and above all, hope for the best.
