any alternate of nayatel

i am having small gaming zone in Rawalpindi, i am having issues with internet, first i was having PTCL a lot of problems were there, than i got another dedicated line by Ptcl but same issue, Naya tel is not offering there services in our area, after that i heard about comsats Internet disconnection is not there but ping goes very high most of the time, now suggest me what to do, one client was telling me about gerry's internet service provider, please help me out here what to do

Try getting PTCL to give you a dedicated Fiber connection. Would do wonders in a gaming cafe.

If not, then unfortunately there aren't many alternative ISPs in Pindi/ISB so there's not much choice.

First, replace your wifi conenction with LAN, PTCL's routers even die out in terms of ping/connection quality if u move 10ft away from the router.
2ndly, Can you post SNRs of uplink/downlink from router control panel? Maybe it is something to do with your line first? I have had some friends who just bought and replaced their telephone wire straight from the DP to their homes by themselves and got better connection quality by doing so.

Well I am also stuck , Nayatel is available in my sector but not in my street That sucks really , they should provide coverage to at least sectors completely. I am using Zong 4G , it is amazing! But don't consider it for gaming honestly , the Nat 3 issue is the killer. I hope they make it Nat 2 someday...
I'm also thinking PTCL fiber might be the best solution as I hear , normal PTCL service is trash.

Same problem here. I am a loyal and satisfied customer of Micronet Broadband for several years and now suddenly they're stopping their service without even providing the alternative. They should've first start Nayatel in areas where it's not available and then transfer their existing customers to Nayatel. It's a biggest blunder they're doing.
