First of all, if this is the wrong section I apologize for putting it here.

A silver medal premium seller @AdIlTaHiR is trying to rip me off.
Help @inferno @Jshak [MENTION=4574]OmMeE[/MENTION] [MENTION=8060]abobobilly[/MENTION] @manigamer.

I bought a mobo from him.

Before buying the only thing I specifically asked him that will he give me warranty for socket and display and he agreed.
Then on call I confirmed him that I will check the socket first and then tell you if it is ok and if there is any issue with 'The socket' he will take it back and he agreed again.


I received it and upon opening the package I saw one socket pin bent, so I texted him that I think there is one bent pin in the socket and I am checking if it posts. I checked and got no display. I changed ram and pro etc and no result again. Keep in mind that all of these items are working just fine on my other mobo. These are the pics I took of the socket and you can clearly see a bent pin on his request.



We had a back and fourth on the call where he said stuff like 'aap khoon choosne wale banday ho' , 'meri Karachi walon se tassal he and 'jshak ne apka sath dena he' etc etc showing his insecurities. Ultimately he said that send me the board back and if it works in my home I will send you the full payment back or otherwise 50/50. I didnt agree to the 50/50 but told him that I am sending the board and we will see what happens.

I sent the board back to him, upon receiving he called me and said the board is working on his processor. He said ;ya to ap board waps lo ya me apko pese send karta hun lekin kiu ke mene 300 shipping die the and 200 mera profit tha to me wo minus karke send karunga'. I told him I cant take the board back because it has a bent pin which you can clearly see in the picture and I dont know how you made it work so you can send me the money back and I even agreed to the deduction and he agreed to pay 4000rs. I sent him the account no and the next thing you know I receive a call and now he is saying I am not sending you the money and that I either send him money to get the board back or he will give me 60%. I mean yar had hoti he chizon pe agree karne ki and then bat waps lene ki. Anyway, then he said 'ap apne Jshak se complain q nai karte etc etc' I told him 'me apke sath gentleman ki tarha cooperate karke bat settle karna chahra hun or ap bat barhae jarahe ho' then he told me 'jo karna he karlo' and cut off the call.

I just want my money back, he can deduct his expenses and send me the amount he agreed on. Ek banda kitni dafa agree karke mukar sakta he I cant fathom it.

Please help me out mods and friends.

Any updates on this matter [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION]? I sent him a text asking for the payment again and he has replied me '500 lay la'. :/

I have suspended seller access to the marketplace, if he don't resolve the issue within next 72hrs then his membership will be terminated unless he provide some evidence..usually the pin which buyer mentioned don't get damage during shipping furthermore it's a seller responsibility to ship the product in a secure packing.

PS: It's not necessary that the seller is always at fault, in the past we have seen cases where the buyer was the culprit

Matter resolved because of amazing PG support.

For the record this matter has been resolved due to support from PG officials. I specifically requested to open this thread so I can say a few words about the seller so fellow members can be cautious when dealing with this person.

When you first contact him, he will be the most polite guy. He will give you any warranty you want from him(all are fake). If the item he sent you is fine then no problem but if its faulty, you can essentially kiss your money goodbye unless the officials force him. He is the kind of person who will suck your blood dry with his insecurities and strange logic. He has some kind of strange insecurity that all Karachi people are trying to screw him over and I am saying everything here with proof so anyone can ask me to provide them. He will use foul language, agree and then back out in minutes and basically try his best to blame you for the fault or categorically deny some faults. If you fall into his trap you are done but fortunately I was dealing with him on PG. When you think he couldn't go any lower you will be surprised. This is the moment mods force him to agree and refund. Now he will accept his mistakes but take out his new cards. First he will offer you 60% the 61 then 62 and he will go to the very last 99.9%. If he can save even one rupee, he will make a fool of himself to do so. The he will make excuses and try to delay the refund at his best. This is the moment Officials ban him and he literally pays in hours. So my advice to all of my fellow PG members is that if you have no choice but to deal with him, DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Now that I am done with him, I just want to say my money was lost if it wasn't for PG staff. My special thanks to @Jshak for helping me at every stage. Ever since I grew up I had conversations with elders that there is no justice and LAW in Pakistan and I had to agree to disagree because I had no place to show them. Well now I know that there is one place, one and only PG. Where you can expect and get dealt with on merit. Thanks you so much everyone for supporting me.

@AdIlTaHiR: We don't keep grudges about anyone who is fair and regarding your insecurity related to karachi vs punjab etc shit let me tell you that 85% of PG staff is from different cities including lahore, karachi, ISB etc and for once we never had any such racism issues in fact most active members are from punjab...so stop these kind of foolish acts like since admin is from karachi so he will take side of the buyer from karachi..location, cast, skin color etc doesn't matter on PG. In the future if we receive any more complaints from your end, your membership will be terminated..please learn from some senior sellers how to do business online, people trust them and they never broken their customer trust for once.
