Air vs AIO Cooling for i5-13600KF

I need help deciding what to go with.

I plan on building a CPU within a month or two with an i5 13th gen.

I am confused between AIO or air cooling because I've read that AIOs "CAN" leak and you end up with a dead system.

I have the option to go with
Cougar AQUA 360 ARGB or Darkflash Radiant DC-360

OR I can go with a high-quality air cooler. Not sure which one to go with, please share any thoughts or insights that I may have missed and do recommend a good air cooler for a hot environment.

only AIO because of hot weather in Pakistan.Buy a good brand like corsair.
