Affordable hotels in Islamabad

Hi, this december I will be travelling (from Karachi) to Islamabad with five friends. So, in total we will be a group of six people. Our main reason for travelling is to appear for NET. However we do plan to stay there longer for fun. Our stay will be for 5 days.
Obviously we will be requiring a hotel to stay in. We are a little tight on the budget department. Each of us can afford only 1000 rupees for each night spent. So in other words, 3 people can rent a room for 3000 rupees per night at max.
I would like suggestions of some good yet affordable hotels near H-12.

Yeah dont go to Faizabad. Find some guest house. You can easily find good guest houses in 3000 range.

Hill view Hotel if you could get them agree to pay control rate.
Otherwise there are a lot of guest houses which will accommodate you on the aforementioned budget.
