My Budget is 100,000 Rs Include a good Gaming Led Monitor in it too or the one that just work fine for me I dont care much about Monitor though. I want to play all upcoming games of 2013 & 2014 on High end settings preferably on 1080p.I dont overclock much as I Dont have experience of it. I il be selling my current rig.

Total 108,000 minus plus 2K as prices are estimated, not exact. This is however my recommendation.
You may wait and see more replies from other guys and then go for something you feel more appropriate.

go for 4th gen rig with 7970 it will serve you 3 years

100k budget is for mid ranged gaming pc.. go for a core i5 4th gen processor.. core i7 will just be a dent in your budget and games usually dont utilise all 8 cores. Get 7950 gpu and overclock it. You can get the performance of a stock 7970 with it.. get corsair vengeance ram. Its cheap and fast. Put in a 120 gb ssd. Get a second hand LED. get 600w psu. Cooler master is good enough and cheap.

Casing for 9K is too expensive. Get something in the range of 4-5K
Also up the PSU to Xigamatek Tauro 600W, it should give your PSU some breathing room.

In 100,000 you can make a Ultimate Rig. i7 is useless for gaming it can be usefull in Graphic rendering and multitasking but DDR4 and Broadwell series of CPU will come so again you can get that. Game Engine will be changing again after 2014 so this is the Ultimate Rig you can get.
