I recently bought a brand new Acer Aspire M5-583P-6637 (i5 4200u, 6gb ram, 500gb HDD,Touchscreen,No DEDICATED graphic card)...I used the laptop for like 2 hours with ease until the racing noise of Fan started from the right side (where fan is located), The noise is so far low and can only be heard at quite places but it is still very annoying..The noise started when I started opening like 10-12 tabs of chrome along with Evernote application (metro), I checked the HW monitor and It seemed that the noise started to appear when the laptop hit past 50 degree celsius mark, I don't know the reason for getting these high temperatures as according to most reviewers, this model remains cool and average temperature is 32 degree, while at FULL load it is 45 degree max, But I got a past 50 degree temperature only after a moderately high use. I am worried because I know loud and constantly high speed fan will kill my battery life, While manually lowering fan speed (changing cooling method from active to passive) Would make my laptop run hot...I had a previous Acer Aspire 3542 (i3 2nd generation,3gb ram,320gb ssd, No touch No dedicated card) and the same type of loud fan noise started after about using it for 6 months, and it got unbearably loud towards the 12th month. I bought this new acer aspire M5 laptop thinking Acer would have improved at their previous fans and the problem would be solved with this new M5 (ultrabook) range but I guess It isn't.... Kindly can anyone tell me it's proper fix as I am seriously annoyed; a brand new laptop having fan noise just doesn't do for me..Please help...
