its in Excellent condition used with extreme care only in house, for casual PC work and some gaming. performance is on par with some of the best laptops in this range, including some of the 4th Gen laptops. it is regarded as one of the longest running laptop and it definitely is!
CPU is i5 3230M not U or Y series which are actually shit, in terms of performance and especially battery life. it even beats some of the 4th gen i5 cpus.

any how, day to day usage is extremely smooth with no hiccups and lags. battery life is extremely great. for casual office work, battery lasts around 4-5 hours EASY! watching videos and stuff even makes it run for longer!
casual games like arcade and sports run great!
condition is, as i already said, NEW. its rarely been used cause of mobile devices and used with extreme care. not a single scratch. even the wrappers are still on the laptop. and mind u these are not after market ones. its that new and in great condition.
you will also have option to add SSD to it if u want in future.
comes with original acer activated windows 8, upgraded to windows 8.1 Pro. comes with original charger and cable for that.
