Most personal computer systems that are not aimed at the portable market segment are coming packed in full ATX casing that is pretty bulky and takes up some space on or around your desk. While there are a few barebone computer system offerings out there, they are coming as reduced size desktop computer systems while keeping all the traditional hardwa
re components but reducing the space between them and even worse, trying to directly compete with the high end fully fledged desktop computer systems.

Designed and manufactured to take the role of a desktop or barebone computer system, the fit-PC is coming packed in a tiny casing and it has the muscle needed to run Windows XP or a Linux distribution while having a very small energy footprint. Thanks to its x86 based hardware architecture the fit-PC is completely compatible with the most popular computer architecture and software base in the world and it is aimed to be a low power system that can operate without downtimes for extended periods of time.

The fit-PC is powered by a central processing unit made by Advanced Micro Devices, the Geode LX800 that operates at a clock speed of 500MHz and is renowned for its high performance per watt ratio. The Geode processor is baked up by the presence of 256MB of random access memory and in order to keep the total computer size to a minimum it is not expandable. On the storage side the fit-PC is sporting a 2.5 inch, mobile like hard disk drive that offers 40GB of storage space and it is using the Parallel ATA data transferring interface.

On the outside the fit-PC comes covered by an aluminum case that sports a black anodized finish and thanks to its splash and dust resistant properties the mini computer system is able to operate in many extreme conditions, including a temperature range scaling from 0 to 70 degrees Celsius. The 5V power supply is rated for 5 watts as the fit-PC system needs only a trickle of power to operate and thanks to the low energy used it also needs no active cooling solution, keeping the noise level way down.

The mini computer system is sporting an integrated graphics processing unit that supports resolutions between 640x480 and 1920x1440, while also featuring two 100Mb per second Ethernet ports as well as two high speed USB 2.0 connectors and a speaker and microphone interface.

On the software side, the fit-PC computer system is coming with the Gentoo Linux operating system pre-installed and users that have access to a USB capable optical drive unit can even install a copy of Microsoft Windows XP.

This is based on the pretty old concept aka cube PC, still it could be good for a low-average PC user, but it's not build for the techies, gamers and peoples are known as advance PC users..

Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

  • B Baghi:
did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

  • Aciel Aciel:
I tried both NayaPay, and UBL, but I keep getting "correct country selected..." error. I already have PK set there 🤦‍♂️

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!

Phil should be held responsible for this shitfest too, just like Sarah, but it's highly likely that these decisions are coming from Satya. And this isn't even the end of it. More closures are coming.

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.
