It seems you're a beginner. You should follow a set of tutorials to move ahead. Something like this or better : http://www.bluerosegames.com/xna101/post/Lesson-6-Follow-the-Bouncing-Ball.aspx

Moreover, once you get your hands on with XNA tech, you should check out Box2D or JigLibX etc. They're easy to use and feature rich for your requirements.

You won't get that detailed a help around here. It's better for you to look up some 3d ball collision tutorials for XNA. I saw several on the Creator Club. You should go through them for the source code and concepts.

I wouldn't wanna hurt your pride but that's not the way to tackle your assignments. I never help students mostly because I believe a shortcut always leads to a worse state in your education. You take a zero this time, you'll work hard to learn it the next time.

Budy if you know the programming language C# bcoz Xna is Coded in the C# So you can easily able to do that in half an hour with any support !!!
