    I just saw this thread . A very easy way out of this is using "Kill Disk" on your hard drive before selling it off . It permanently removes the clusters saved in the HD (even if you format it like a million times) which can be later used to recover contents , basically a low-level format but on...

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
