i have another question dude.. thanks to path deform i got my level ready.. it basically consists of a long looping, turning and twisting pipe that is closed on to itself.. but the thing is this level will be exported and isnt supposed to be rendered in max.. so how do i go about texturing it? I have this idea of having 3 texture maps, one will be the basic tiled texture, second will be a layer of detail map that will be uv mapped to add detail to different parts of the level, 3rd will be a light map.. is this a good way to texture it or you would recommend me something else? and if this is a good way then how to multi texture in studio max?
