  Data needs to be backup. so I will have to root it, backup using both TB and Mobile backup II. and then do a data wipe.
  
  Or I will do a simple kernel flash from stock recovery.

  How come people are hearing this new NOW when its already 3-4 months? Who is spreading this anyway?
  
  Nexus 7 is a brilliant device. Despite being useless nature of Tablets, this one set the standard spot on, with its pricing.
  - Hardware packs a Punch
  - Its cheap & Reliable
  The quality of apps are improving everyday but at this point, Yes i'll have to agree with those people who claim iPad to be a superior device just because its Tablet Oriented apps are much better. But then its much more expensive as well. (almost 1.5 times for Mini which is crap in itself and 2.5 times for iPad).
  
  In my opinion, if you are getting it from abroad, get a Nexus 10 instead. Ofcourse its a little expensive, but it'd still be considerably cheaper than iPad, and it crushes the iPad in almost every way (10" Optimized Apps are also in the process, a YouTube app is out already and its fantastic)

  I didn't tried it. Today I had to factory reset my phone as I got locked out by aegis. contacted developer, had a chat with him and he said I should have accessed the default password in data/Decad3nce.aeGis in a rooted phone. So can I access this folder using a PC ?

  yes, does the job, but what if you don't have access to Internet while flashing a rom ?

  No I couldn't he was more than happy with a working camera. he didn't noticed the multi view :( Doctors... I did offered him the change, as I had 3 different roms on SD card. Now when when my brother has seen the process I think it will help me with trying a CR on my set.

  Also is dropbox account device spec. If I use it to sign-in in using a rom and then re-flash the device can I sign-in with a different dropbox account and will I get 50gb again ?

  I have download Neatrom lite, Omega rom and wannabit (sic) lite. Installed Omega. previously this set was on 4.0.4 T-mobile UK rom. Thanks God it had custom recovery. Flashed Phriz's 3.73 kernel.
