  • my first choice was WD but wolfy called dibs on that (and ironically, he's now playing barb ).... so i had no interest in barb, tried DH on beta and disliked it, and didn't really try wizard since i don't particularly enjoy casters.... monk gets a lot of fun later.... but Nightmare is a Abuses will lead to ban for monk.... already respecced completely
you wizard too? what's with the obscene numbers of barbarians and wizards.... not even witchdoctors....

    where have you reached btw?
    Ahan, I get it.

So, do you agree with my future plans, that of pursuing CIMA (with exemptions) AND an MBA Finance OR ICAEW (with exemptions) while on a training contract or employed somewhere in order to polish up my CV an extra bit?

Any other suggestions that you may have will be truly and completely appreciated, Sir.

Btw, thanks for your input anyway. :)
Nice to hear from you. Roark.

Wrap up my ACCA? Are you trying to say that I should abandon the idea of infact continuing my ACCA?!
6 months abroad might not sound like a feasible idea alright, but are you sure that the worsening market conditions mean that I should give up ACCA?

What else are you suggesting instead?

I mean, I am willing to complete it here in Pakistan iof that's what you mean but giving up ACCA NOW kinda sounds scary, although I would like to know what you precisely mean by 'wrap' it up.

Just so that you know what was on my mind just a few days back, fresh, complete my ACCA here, get exemptions from CIMA and pursue the remainder of CIMA and then perhaps do MBA Finance OR an ICAEW while training in a firm (in Pakistan).

That might as well brighten my chances of finding decent job abroad AFTER I have gained relevant experience here, eventually.

Now, I would like to know your take on all this, Sir.
    Any ideas regarding ACCA? :p
I'm kinda confused if I should continue here in Pakistan right till the end of studies and then move abroad for a job, or move abroad next year, with 6 papers under the belt.
I do have a thread in the Education and Academics forum, but I thought I'd ask you for advise as well.
    Regards.
Ok let me tell you the full story i've been working since i was 19 and that's truly my observation as usually heads prefer 'street smarts' instead of 'mummy daddy' guys who cannot bear pressure and hardships during the tenure and it's Karachi you know what i mean (Strikes, riots & stuff) are normal here + i've found being O/A level and Inter local uni guy doesn't help while judging it's just grooming comes from family and environment which an individual adopts.

I've interviewed around 26 guys for the post of my assistant and it was something crucial so one of the director's and CEO himself accompanied me in the interviews. We were looking for a fresh uni graduate, enthusiastic and could work under pressure. CEO would go for guys from good uni's and all that but they failed myself and the director's expectation as they lacked communication skills required for the job then we chose a guy he is currently pursuing his MBA from MAJU and it's been 3months now he is working upto the mark.
This is the biggest reason A'Level students and International Graduates have such an edge. They are extremely groomed socially.

I totally agree with you on everything you wrote regarding hiring policies being practised locally except this line.

Working at an MNC at a managerial position and Oil business so only corporate stuff with PSO (have a beard ;) ) i know it's an exception to you but not to me. CVs do mean shit while hiring that's true but according to my experience O/A levels and International Ed. guys could not work out of the line and yes in pakistan you'll get pwned if you do lead your work life by book and rules. I found Intermediate then a good local uni guys a bit better as they are hard working (not kinda mummy daddy).
There is a problem going on at the airport FIA has started to confiscate discs and electronics items of bulk guys.

That is why Starhawk is getting delayed it wud've arrived on 5th May
brother seems you have knowledge in E-Readers, I can buy only from homeshopping.pk so Can you please pick one for me. budget is about 20k and purpose is reading PDF books only
They shaved off their heads, ate simple food, and completely obtained from sex till their death. A lot of them, did not even know the basics of the actual act, but only saw the carnal desires as base, and sinuous, which includes luxuries, extravagance in general not just lust for the flesh.

I agree with your religious vs modern scholars approach. It is a clash of ideals. But being someone who grasps both sides of the arguments and then makes a final decision. I just cannot seem to agree with you. Need and all things encompassing it, is pivotal to human existence. Desires, and physical desires, certainly are not.

Regardless, you are as level headed as always. :)
Well, got warned there. But I am going to say my final piece, after that, the discussion is closed from my end. Freud's development psycho-sexual ages are gaping holes for interpretation. I studied psychology and found his reasons for primal drives mostly speculative, stretchy, and sketchy might I add. The Oedipus and Electra complexes are no where near as applicable to human psyche, as people think they might be. But, then again, different school of thoughts apply to different people. Perhaps, there are folks who fit in this bill, but you cannot make this case universal. Thus this whole idea, is debatable.

I have never heard of child molestations in earlier christian eras. Let's say, for a second, I agree with you. But same cannot be said for the staunch followers of Buddhist monks.
hey dude, you are back in Pakistan or still abroad? let me know I have a favour to ask.
Well. I just happened to google yesterday. Turns out, the pornstars them selves cant go more than 10-15 minutes themselves. Using multiple cameras gives them a longer film.
Remember, you said that watching porn makes us aware that we have to satisfy the woman and also makes us realise that we do not have to blow our load in just 5 minutes but learn from them behemoth going on for 40 minutes without shooting a load?
I would try so many games if I had the time, with the office and real life shit i barely get 2 hours of free computer/game time for myself, and Skyrim is obviously the priority right now, i'm even holding off ME2's DLC for that ..

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
