    Chihayafuru is one badass sports anime. Got done with 2nd episode. MADHOUSE are gonna invest big in this anime. They ordered 26 episodes for the first season. 0_0

    It's intense for one and it sucks you in from the start. Solid characters, animation of the year ( in series ), awesome story development. Karuta is very interesting. Japs have some fascinating board games/indoor sports. (￣▽￣)

    My teachers are nothing great either. What I meant was that my school has co-education.I'll read it as soon as I'm done covering the math syllabus.I'm completely tied up these days (especially over weekdays) so sorry If I don't post that much. Hopefully my workload will be significantly reduced once I've caught up in maths.

    Hey I fixed my laptop. The last 5 days have been absolutely hell for me. I dropped maths at the beginning of the year and (as I told you) took it again. Catching up in maths while doing my other 4 subjects has been a complete grind. I'm mentally exhausted. Enough about me, how are you. How's life been treating you lately?

    well this is a free wp blog kinda you just have to pay the hosting and you can get ur site online in about 10 days if u've already prepared and yes i worked for a site b4 this(don't wanna name it) but they weren't paying me so this is better in that sense.     I played Demon's Souls (didn't finish it), It's really really hard and when I say hard I mean harder than anything I or you have played before.
    Yeah, I've seen the purity first trailer (Kotaku always posts the best trailers). It perfectly shows the games backdrop. The actual game leans more to the conspiracy side of things (Spoiler-still half way through the game they are riots on -Spoilers).

    IMO poor education systems around the world have created a generation of morons. A lot of people I talk to can't seem to talk about anything but mobile phones,cars and girls. That said they still are a considerable amount of smart people if you know where to look (In my case the GPR class).Okay I was just about gettin around to watching Lain but I'll switch on your recommendation. I've decided to leave Monster for the holidays when I have time, since it's 70 ep.Yes, It's always fun talking to you. Stimulates the mind after a day of memorizing facts and figures.

    I agree, schools these days are way too science oriented. That's why a lot Pakistanis have closed minds. We need to promote subjects (at least as a 4th subject) which encourage creative thinking.
    They are those people who might argue that humans are intrinsically good, while others might say our values come from external sources. I personally believe its a bit of both. We are able to accept and understand the values which are taught to us because we are intrinsically neutral entities (neither good nor bad). Every person is a blank slate in my opinion. Our experiences (and what we are taught) in life shapes us into what we are.

    Philosophy has so many branches and schools of thought because no one can seem to agree on anything. The funny thing is that a lot of philosophers actually combine religion with philosophy. The Divine Command theory is one such example. Philosophers such as Descartes conformed to this viewpoint. Basically it's a view on ethics. For example if I say "murder is evil", people who accept the theory will say "murder is evil because god says so". In comparison some people (who are religious but don't accept the theory) might say "murder is an evil, therefore god condemns it". Philosophy can be really confusing some times :)

    I've asked my aunt in Abu Dhabi to bring Dark Souls (limited edition) and the ICO/Shadow of the Colossus HD remastered collection. I really want to play Shadow of the Colossus because I missed it during the PS2 era. It's probably the only game which has been unanimously called art by all reviewers. If you read any threads about Video Games as an art form the first example people give is SOTC.     Basically philosophy enriches the mind while religion and other belief systems strengthen the soul.I played a few hours more of Deus Ex over the weekend. I'm near the end now. Deus Ex has a lot of replay value. First of all it's an RPG so even the first play through with all the side qusets can take up to 20h. As far as a second play through goes (Deus Ex is an incredibly deep game) you can adopt a new play style. I'm a stealthy hacker with silenced guns and a cloaking system. I could become a brute with guns and incredible strength during my next play through. The plot is also really good, lots of conspiracies and a lot of cyber-punk man vs machine and man or machine themes.P.S: I updated the previous comment.
