Alrite. Good mobo, good purchase. Got the P43 chipset myself last week (not the ECS), and right now Im on 3.34GHz @ 1.35v. So you should expect something similar too, but bear in mind that what OC one can hit varies with every chip. I can take mine to 3.55 @ 1.4v but quite honestly, thats a bit of an overkill.
Now, what you should do is keep the voltage @ stock and check how high you can take this E44 on stock vcore on this mobo. Try 2.5, 2.7 and 3.0. I can easily hit 3.0 on stock vcore.
Once youve determined that, time to play with the vcore. Increase the vcore in small steps but be very careful while doing this, keep an eye out on your core temps and NB temp. Check how farther you can push this chip on 1.35v. Use 10min OCCT runs to check stability. I'd advise you dont recommend 1.4v on this chip. Try something like 1.3, 1.32 and 1.35. Its all trial-and-error.
