  • IMO your temp are ideal. Nothing to be worried'bout and hey im found to be a cautious n safer person when it comes to OC-ing CPU's. The last time when i did this process was approx 5 years back and till now i've'nt tried any OC-ing thing on my new processors.

    Reason:

Using lappy's and rarely use desktop these days
    time constraint
desktop sys i'd is an old 3.0 c2duo
not yet decided to built a new powerful sys, though thinking'bout it

    regards
Yar idle temps are 40-50.. and it happened after I replaced my mobo!
And CORE SLOWDOWN? =S Do you mean aging?
Em not using a stock cooler, my cooler is listed in my specs!!
And room temp b acha khasa hai =/
Same processor on DG41RQ was like 25-30.. I'm guessing a bad thermal sensor? =S
Considering the ambient these days is quite higher than usual, your CPU temprs are superb.
hmm its not normal to have 75c on ur cpu which is actually capable of handling 71c under optimum peformance i think u also hav core slowdown issues,,, R u using stock cooler
Yar 75*C Full Load pe! MAX!! And check my specs under my profile!
Also check out my unboxing post in the unboxing zone ;)
bohat ala x) Yar meray temps 40+ arahe hain sari cores ke.. Normal hain ya xiada hain? And Load pe 70-80 jarahe hain :)
Thats pretty great as you dont have to go through the buying process again :p your temps are fine as you dont have to deal with the overheating issues. May be the e6300 thing is a modified version of your processor :p
Bravo there. You actually succeeded in hardware overclocking. Tell me what were the max temps you got under stress? your method is good and can be used. and yes a better cooler can surely help you out. You need to keep under low temps so that your connections(jumper) doesn't get lose.
i'm ask that question becuz i'm already using Pentium D on my system...but not on asus mobo but on dell 620 i'm soon upgrating my system..and i don't want to pay more for processe
Well it is a hardware overclocking mode and has its results but but but whatever overclocking methodology you apply, indirectly attacks the very life span of the processor(excluding xtreme editions). It doesn't matter which overclocking method you try it always depends on the results. So far to be on the safe side and less cost better upgrade you motherboard. Yes that is one good motherboard you can start with. Which Processor are we talking about btw?
    Lol joridar?
No, Me and Shary have no relation as such. A long story is behind the username.
dont buy it rather just buy same asus motherboard in same price for overclocking.
Well, try krlo like he did, successfully!! Then tell me the results..

Babar bro, i just cut the piece of tinfoil in shape of "U", then i put two small drops of UHU tube Glue of the edge of CPU core. and place the U shaped tinfoil, so the two legs of U touch the two modding point. then i put a very thing piece of Scotch tape over this edge and firmly press it to setup. then pressd the two legs of U on the desired points.

Ergo, He used a TIN FOIL in U shape and was successful, I read a tutorial with someone using Copper Wire and Soldered them onto the points which i thought cud damage the socket pins =/!!
P.S. Be sure to check out your VID xD
That depends. its around 2 to 3.5k But rather then asking and speculating i think you should pay a visit yourself to acknowledge better info ;)
Nah, Don't try man, I just upgraded my 41rq cuz ov overclocking =(, I researched a bit about the BSEL mod, you'll risk your processor man! Just Don't try it man =S
