Honestly, it was fun at first. But after you realise you have to complete your job no matter what, it gets kinda' tedious. 
But I have my fellow reviewers to lighten the load. In order to get inducted into Team Underground you're going to have to show considerable performance in a particular area of talent. For example, if you're good at writing English then you can start reviewing games and hope that the Global Moderators or Co-Admins take notice of your feats. Or, if you know how to run Photoshop or any other editing tool then you can draw up web-comics for the site and you might just get accepted!
