ordering WoW from abroad

hey guys i am ordering WoW BC and WoW TLK from abroad ( with help of family ) so i went to walmart.ca and they were out of stock so i check best buy and they have the game but i wanna know if they are selling the US or EU version of the game ? i am 80% canada will have the US version of the game but its better to be safe then sorry right ? should i continue to buy it from best buy or what ? the people bringing me the game aren't internet literate ( they can't order stuff online ) so which is why i asked them to go to a local walmart or best buy to buy the games for me but is there any other store in Toronto, Canada which will have the game on retail ? ( US version of course )

im sure it will be the US version. BTW make a character on the US realm Black Dragonflight.

ill decide the realm later =p for now i have classic wow but i want all 3 games before i get started =P i dont want to wait that i get to 60 and then activate BC etc

So AllySlayer finally coming back to retail. You're lucky as HasanJ was asking me the same question a few minutes ago. You can tell that by looking at the game rating.T he copy of the game is US if it has ESRB rating on it and UK if it has a PEGI rating on it.

This is ESRB(US)

while this is PEGI(EU)



I double checked the links you posted above and I can safely say its US.

thanks for your help deso and i look forward to running scripted raids and isntances with you for once =P.

and hasanj don't break out the champagne just yet , i am going to officially start the game once i get the remaining 2 expansion packs ^_^ i am very impatient , if i start classic now i will be bottlenecked by 2 things

1. ill have to make an UGHHHHHHHHHHHH ally paladin which i think is O_O !!!!!!!

2. ill have to be level 60 for a long time and ill be unable to do anything fun especially out lands and flying mounts baby xD

ill be ready for action by mid or late december hopefully , my cousin just sent me an email saying he bought the game but now i will have to wait for either him , or his parents to come to lahore and give me the game =( !!!!!!!!!

Hmmm just wondering would you guys like to have an official World of Warcraft thread. We could share our experiences and also help out members while we're at it. Not to mention any new news regarding expansion and patches change log can be posted there as well.

Paladin in 3.0 iz easy mode for nabs like u nab :p

play something more demanding like a Druid
he culd use teh healz :8

lemme get the stuff then we can discuss coz rite now i dont have a clue how to register make account 10 trial and all tht :D

i ain't a nurse to heal your sorry asses during a raid >_> ... i like doing MONSTEROUS DAMAGE and being part of the action ill definitely make a paladin as they are k00lest ^_^ and hasanj you know damn well i been playing as palading way before LK >_>

Heal/DPS/Tank

aint no freakin way u can pump out monstrous damage :8
ull be in the last of the DPS Meters thnx to teh hybrid tax Blizzard imposed

imo warlocks put out the high burst
mage/lock/rogue/huntard r the top Raid DPS Classes

paladin iz meh ^_^ just have to press Crusader Strike and Divine Storm boring :p
