what if I never play any pirated games while signed into live and always play original games while going into live ...Is there any chance that i will be banned from live ?

It is still not safe. The data saved in you HDD or MU or whatever chips are there in the xbox, transfers to the Xbox servers immediately as soon as you log on. They'll know what were you playing. A friend of ours Imran Kakar got banned because of Tekken 6 and Forza Motor Sports 3 and he used to play them offline only FIFA 10 online. He's gone from LIVE now.

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying. -

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.iampasha said: -
