Gigabyte RX 470 Games Graphics/Screen Tear Issue

I have Gigabyte RX 470 it has issue in every game even in Tencent emulator pubg graphics tear and in Counter Strike Source half screen shows black boxes. But all the other games like COD Ghost graphics/screen tears.

But the windows/desktop works fine no screen issue.

Changed thermal paste but still i could not find any solution for it please help.

Hmm. Check & see if you have "Vsync on" in the game settings. Usually screen tears happens when the moniter & gane refresh rate don't sync

I have normal dell monitor connected with HDMI and Vsync is off. It is not screen tear i mean the game graphics are tearing i mean to say it is like when you see graphics glitch/bug in a game but here every game has it and also checked different gpu on my system the game runs fine and also tried this Bad Gpu in other pc and same result.

So maybe this is a hardware fault or maybe software but i have changed the paste of gpu and tried different settings and different amd drivers no difference.
