No bro this is not my primary bank account so I rarely use it, so its clear that mcb cards are not working on Aliexpress and right after that i used same card on steam it worked.

Apart from electronics, you can get cosmetics,toys that sort of minor things without duty etc.
As for electronics, theres no fixed rate.
It'll either cost you upto 40% extra everything included, or upto 80% if the duty officer feels like it...
But all in all, you shouldnt be paying more than 30-40% on the lesser electronic items...
High-tech stuff is another story....
