I claimed my mother board and today I decided to build it up. I placed all parts correctly and wired them. Now when I power on the PC it only shows blue light for a second then disappears. It does't show anything of the screen as well.
Regards

Try without GPU and harddrives.
Only the motherboard with Rams and CPU.

Doesnt work?

Check another PSU.

There is no beep and the light is normal blue.

?
if you meant " cleaned " : what did u clean it with ?

try unplugging everything, discharge the capacitors (sometimes extra pins will be on mobo for this)
take out the small pencil battery connected to the motherboard to reset bios and then try again.

read this : How to Troubleshoot a DIY PC That Won't Start | Page 3 | Digital Trends
I mean that it went out of order and I claimed the warrenty.

Tried it without GPU and hard drive but still the same.

Any spare PSU left?
that'll likely show where the issue lies.

Other than that.
use one ram stick, different slots.
Make sure you've connected the CPU in the appropriate way. (Its rare but ya know..)
Make sure the motherboard is not touching the chassis or any conductive material.

Tried it with different ram configuration but still the same. I do not have any spare PSU right now, will have to search.

May be its due to you haven't put the power plugs on the mobo correctly, as make sure negative n positive is plugged correctly for power button.

yeah everything seems okey so its better if you check each component one by one, if you have a spare PC check each of your component on that like first check the powersupply on another pc or check another psu on this pc and don't connect other components like gpu, hdd etc just connect mobo, ram, cpu, psu and check

yeah PC not going on can be issue from psu, mobo, cpu so you have to check each component one by one also check without gpu and see if the result is same.
and what about fans ? does they run normal or don't start ?

Fan start for a second but no longer. Unfortunately I do not have spare PC so I will have to wait, or I will check the PSU separately by PSU checking method.

yeah you can easily check the psu in your home. there are different ways of doing that.
if psu is working fine then i suspect it can be your mobo also as you are saying that Fan starts for a second then stop so i suspect something is wrong with cpu or mobo anyway first confirm the psu.

Starting for a second and then shutting down indicate short circuit if i am not mistaken. May be something is shorting out check for standoff underneath mobo to make sure they are only placed according to mobo holes ( no extra standoffs or standoffs at a place where mobo doesn't have holes )
Also checking psu by joining green and black wire wont be that much helpful. What if ur PSU has gone bad and only under load it malfunctions. So with no load testing it might work but in real scenario it would be dead. So PSU replacement is the best next step. ( dnt u have any friend nearby from whom u can borrow PSU ) ? I am unlucky as i can't borrow anything from my nearby friends as none have PCs now and none of them play games either :/

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!
