Finally got Storm Fiber Installed!- Details inside

Been using storm Fiber since 4 months now. No such issues faced. Opted for blizzard package. Turns out they had my building in their covered area so installation only took a day. Gaming experience improved. I play dota 2 on SEA at 75ms with 0% packet loss, and recently even dubai server has a latency of ~45ms.

Browsing: Browsing seems to have been improved over the last few days. In fact it is working as should be. Gmail however still gives issues from time to time. Was working fine all week but giving issues again today. By issues I mean, just logging into Gmail takes almost forever. Simply deleting an email takes up to 5-7 seconds. That might not sound like much when you read it but when you're actually clicking, the delay is frustrating. Especially when you're paying a hefty price and expect excellent service.

Gaming: High ping at night issue has also been somewhat solved. There will be some nights when my ping will be high but most nights of the last two weeks, the ping has been excellent.

YouTube: YouTube streaming issues still remain. Most of the time, I have to watch videos on 360p. Only if the stars align, will I be able to watch any videos on 480p and above. It is important to mention here that streaming on other video sites such as Vimeo.com works perfectly fine in full HD.

Contact Consumer rights tell them this issue. i guess you are been routed to a faulty server.

sea and dubai both under 100 at the same time? once upon a time i had that with nayatel and finding matches in street fighter 5 was a breeze and in seconds now im <50 on dubai but 300 + on sea and street fighter just doesnt work. i really dont know what to ask from nayatel support except get me <100 ping on both the dubai and sea servers of dota and they keep telling me its not possible

164ms in EU? I get 173 on a copper 4mb PTCL connection. :/

when i got storm fiber installed around three weeks back i faced few issues but along with the passage of time most have sorted out, i was getting under 80ms ping on SEA (DOTA2) but that have spiked upto around 100 at times, Dubai was playable at around 115ms but it has now gone upto 200+ don't know why, i have had no problems in streaming 1080p videos and i have yet to see a disconnection

I haven't checked my pings yet, as i haven't had time to game since i got StormFibre, but streaming has been great. At most times i can stream 4k content to my tv without a hitch. Btw i have the 15-20mbps connection and I'm in Lahore.

i have the 10/20 mbps package and i am from Karachi, DHA Phase 5, i had a word with the sales team and soon they might be introducing new packages and upgrading old customers *fingers crossed*

nice to hear some review on Storm fiber, as I have plan to install it myself. It's blizzard package.
as worldcall both services are dead since 27th.
Worldcall own staff have told me that they haven't gotten paid for past 6-7 months, due to which they have gone on strike. Unfortunately, it was day when my cable services went down.
they had some call centre representatives but they picked up after 5-9min of holding. They centres were closed down for over 7 days n opened on Monday. Only 1 or 2 star was their and they suggested me to change, since they don't see when or if any customer issues will be resolved.

now, after reading your review, I found it helpful, but your browsering experience and streaming review have be second doubt.
have the services improved or still facing same issues.

have you download anything from utorrent? If so, can u upload a screenshot of it running in min n max speed.

and have you gotten its TVs channel connection too? I like they deal that you pay 450/- plus tax, n connect multi Tv if you like and even if you shift to digital Tv just have to pay for digital box but the line rent stay the same.

my brother, is a gamers mainly, so for him he needs when he get home.

i also, had worldcall 4mb package, was quite satisfied with them, except on occur issues. But this time it seem different.

Yes pls update further. Just got word that they are available in my area.

I have been having issues with stormfiber playing on SEA servers can't on them getting about 170 to 190 ping how do I fix this do I get a new IP or what tell me please. The game servers I am talking are of CS:GO.

up and down speed 10Mbps , smooth streaming , ping on dota 2 sea 112 ms (170-200ms sometimes around 7-9pm) no disconnections or down time
