A 4GB 960 or a 280x. And a BIG YES, SSD is damn worth it ! I just bought one today and man o man has it made a difference ! My boot time went from 2 mins to 18 secs 
Fallout 4 load times have gone down from 50-60 secs down to less than 10 secs. Its like a whole new level of speed

for now SSD is not a viable option to be adapted. especially because you are on a tight budget.
however if you go for a used 280x then you can get a used sataIII ssd too.
I wouldn't go for Transcend370. I mean, I did, a year ago, when that was the best option in the market at it's price. But there's better stuff out there now.
I've recently done a side by side review of a Transcend370 with a Patriot Blast. I must say, the write speeds are exceptional on the latter, even though your primary purpose is more often than not reading, when involving an SSD. For the price, I'd go for the Patriot drive again, haven't had hands on reviewing experiences with both drives.
That said, I'm not sure about the Pakistan market these days because I'm not in Pakistan right now, but if you can find a Samsung or an Intel drive in this budget, that's as good as it gets. Although, don't count on it. (i.e, finding Intel or even Samsung at that price point)
Is it worth buying the SSD?
Well, depends person to person.
If you ask me, it's been worth EVERY PENNY so far.
In a nutshell, advantages:
1- Unreal boot times
2- EXCELLENT access times and response times. Yes, it makes a LOT of difference.
3- Application load times reduced to a fraction.
4- Less power consumption (laptops)
If you go deeper, there's a lot more. But, my laptop is a world apart after the upgrade. Application load times are hardly a second, all around. Searching is fast and booting/rebooting is a matter of seconds, compared to a crapload of time to stabilize after a fresh bootup.
However, the only practical gain for you is pertinent to time. If the boot times and load times aren't something that matter to you, don't get an SSD.

Patriot Blast has good reviews....and 120GB is available for 5.5k only if u just want to use it for boot 120GB will be enough.....
if u want to get a 240GB Zotac Premium has good reviews and it beats Samsung 850EVO in one comparison i saw..price about 10.5k
