They do have G1 Gaming mobo which should be available soon and ASUS Motherboards should be available at the end of this month and I'm sure Extreme will be in it

Which exactly are you talking about? The only G1 Gaming I see for Skylake are those white ones and such and they have it on the table unless I'm missing something here?
skylate seems quite promising for overclocking this time after sandy bridge. will be waiting for voodoo to have this and overclock to sky.
Yeap, the only gains I will be seeing are for overclocking over Haswell besides the native support of DDR4 and all the other goodie good stuff. I probably will jump on it myself but not so sure yet atm, we'll see.

Btw, I checked VRAM usage in Witcher 3. Merely a little over 3GB was being used max I saw was around 3.5GB so average should be a little over 3GB unlike Batman where I was hitting VRAM limit
And yes, everything was all maxed out at 4K.
no doubt all 2nd Gen K-Chip are most of them go for 5GHz. well it was the only Ocing paradise chip ever made. Skylate will give something close to sandy stuff, not exactly same but we will have something.
YES let the Skylate arrive will have to see realtime results
I doubt it'll be this cheap for high end boards really.

L LegacyGamerGuy:Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
