Transporting really large and heavy PC through aircraft

Take the bus.

Courier the pc and take the delicate components with you.

All the components are sturdy except hdd. Take the HDD with you.

split your pc courier your case and take your components with you

send casing through bus . processor , mobo , optical drive and all other via courier .gpu and Hdd in your own suit case .

Yes i think you should disassemble and remove the delicate parts like GPU and HDD. Rest will be fine via shipment as they have option for fragile electronics delivery.

I presume you are in Pakistan, then instead of TCS you can send via other cheaper services like OCS and Jaguar.

Pack well the PC yourself and transport it through Daewoo.

I took my PC to KSA along with me. Since my casing is only around 3kg, I took it aswell. As for the horrible baggage you say, its not that horrible and just put on a fragile tag (they will provide you if you ask) and they will handle it with care.

My CM 690 was too huge so I had to leave that back. I disassembled my entire PC. This is best way to ensure the safety of the components. The CPU coolers are a Abuses will lead to ban to reassemble, I agree. But there is no risk of damaging the CPU in the process. I left the CPU seated on the motherboard and packed the motherboard in its original packaging.

CPU cooler (aftermarket), PSU, GPU, I packed them all in their original packaging.

For the HDD, I covered them in the anti-static bags and used the covers that came with the CM 690. A couple of these http://img.hexus.net/v2/cases/coolermaster/690/5.3.jpg - Packed the whole thing in bubble wrap in the end.

Stuffed everything in between clothes (sweaters and jackets; this works really well. Even brought my LCD like this).

The smaller parts like HDD can be stuffed in your hand carry bags which you can keep with you throughout the flight. Take as many components as you can like this.

Even after PIA rendering some of my luggage useless due to the poor handling, none of the components suffered any damage. I reassembled my PC here in a different casing.

I didn't go to through Emirates, it was Saudi Airline. Asides from that fact, I still went through pakistani airport and no items were damaged.

Rest ship via LCS economy service.

Its good idea to Disassemble the PC and take out the sensitive parts like HDD & GPU. Follow what Necrokiller said.

If you don't know how to open up your PC then watch a video over YouTube if you can or search Google for it. Its not at all difficult and with the help of a simple Screw Driver, you can do it easily.

You can leave the Motherboard inside the Casing and ship the casing through Cargo Services separately, which will cost you reasonably.
