Battefield 3 Support Thread - LOC Files in 1st Post (Post your issues here)

Guys really tired of this msg i cannot even finish a round "Game disconnected: your connection to the server timed out".....i would really thankful if someone helps me resolves this problem

something is downloading in background i think.turn off automatic windows update and if u have antivirus installed turn off automatic virus definations update

Thanks kashif for the reply but I am not downloading anything while playing,my settings for "automatic windows update is always off" and i dont trust Antivirus so i never install antivirus............I read some where that in some cases people have changed there router settings and it worked for them please Brothers need help :crying:

Yar jugge its not pb issue ....i read on internet that i have to change settings for router or something

Net disconnect hota hoga... this is the main reason for connection time out problem. If not then try the solution given in the link, kia pta chal he jae

which solution bro there are many solutions on that link ??? can you be more specific relating to this particular problem please

1st try to open a website as soon as it gives you the error of connection time out, or check modem lights if it is close to you. If Data Link is disconnected then there is nothing you can do. Call your ISP and tell them you are facing issues in your Internet.

If modem remains connected, and you can open pages then you can try and troubleshoot this yourself. For me, every time I get Time out error I also loose data connectivity which means my ISP is messing with my connection, nothing wrong on my side.

check ur connection activity through windows resource monitor while playing game.i think ur internet stops working while playing game for some time and during this time game is disconnected.

Modem doesn't stay connected....but i think there is a heating issue in my modem which makes it stop working.if i change uPnP will it do any good?

exactly my internet stops working i will rape someone on PTCL if its not fixed

uPnP isn't going to help in this case. Try any other modem, or else rape someone in PTCL

Asalam O Alaikum

My issue is that Battlefield 3 keeps crashing and this issue just started the other day. I've updated the drivers, repaired the install, re-install drivers and removed the 'TM' from the registry and BF3 folder. Any help, fellas?

EDIT: Fixed. Ran gamebooster, defragmented my BF3 folder using Game Booster, ran Ccleaner and restarted my PC.

Another Issue:
Punkubster kicks me for 0 minutes: Stated reason, no packet flow. Updated BF3 PB using PBSETUP, restarted PnkbstrA and PnkbstrB from Services.msc and re-installed Pbsvc.

Please also post your PC specs when asking for support. Without this, no one can tell you that issue is in your Graphics Card or in your Windows.

Your PC specs are very low. Especially RAM. Try playing with everything set to LOW in your BF3 Graphics Settings.

fixed the lag to why is my pc specs low i know just ordered a 2gb ram
the only thing i can see is my ram

Still haven't found a fix for my Punkbuster kick for no Packet flow, been months. :s
Tried everything from re-installing PB to Re-installing Windows 7, could it be my Modem?
