So guys, I turned on my console today and I found out that I could not log in to Live. Tested my connection and realized that the console was connecting to the internet but could not connect to xbox live. I searched on google and saw a couple of threads in other forums in which people claim to be banned from XBL. I suspect I have been banned too. Can anyone confirm this? :(

nah man i just completed my second play-through of ME3 while connected to LIVE a few hours ago...it could be a simple connection problem.btw whenever someone's console is banned,they do get a very clear message that they have been banned.i would advice u to try re-connecting ur console tomo.

The ban wave usually starts just before the new COD game hits the market each year!
