No it's not boxed pack i'm using it currently but have got the box, heatsink etc. I want to exchange this processor with e7200 or e7300 but if i get a gud offer for selling this processor i may think on it. So p.m me ur offer for the processor.

i have E7300, 2 months used, 34 months warranty remaining. How much money will you give on top of your E4500 ?
