I want to share my experience about Dragon's Dogma - an open-world action RPG originally developed by Capcom for PS3, XBox 360, and PC and released in 2012.

An enhanced version of the game Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen was released by Capcom on PS4, Xbox One, and Windows in 2013, and Switch in 2019.

What I like Best About the Game

I started playing the Switch version of this game in December 2023, and achieved level 31 in just one week with 30+ gameplay hours.

The level of detail in the game is amazing with flickering flames, fluttering leaves, the morning mist, water dripping from the ceiling in caves, and sound of birds making a sensory spectacle.

Getting 4000+ experience points by killing large monsters like chimeras, one-eyed giants, giant eagles, and others fighting along side your pawns (mysterious outwordly humans (MOH)) makes for a highly satisfying gaming experience.

The game was far ahead of its time with innovative elements like waystone, pawns, grabbing explosives, and even enemies that you can throw down the cliff. The gameplay is fun and the story line engaging that kept me coming back for more.

I want to share my experience about Marvel's Spiderman 2 - an action adventure game developed by Insomniac exclusively for PS5.

Spiderman 2
Director(s)Bryan Intihar Brian Horton Ryan Smith
Designer(s)Alex Vaughn Joel Usher Sam Jordan
Programmer(s)Joel Bartley Jon Lew Wes Waligora

What I like Best About the Game

Marvel's Spiderman 2 may not have won any GOTY award in 2023, but neither did Resident Evil 4 Remake. And this does not mean they are not great games.

Infact, the third Spiderman game from Insomniac for the PS5 is my favorite of them all.

Here is one of my favorite scenes in the game.

The narration, the gameplay, and the visuals all deserve 10/10 for this PS5 exclusive. The story of Hunter hunting for super villains in the game provided for an epic narration.

I love the fluid gameplay even with Ray tracing at 120Hz with no stutters of any kind. The visuals were a treat to the eye as well. I also loved the level of details in the game as you can see rooms inside buildings as Spidey is crawling up the skyscrapers.

No other game provides such an exhilarating experience as you glide and web along your way across Manhattan. The game may be a sour grape for non-PS fans, but for PS owners it is nothing more than a visual feast.
