i am having too many troubles updating my jailbroken iphone. its currently running firmware 1.1.4 . i want to update it to 3.0.1 . can anyone tell me the procedure to do it plz! thanks!

Just upgrade your iphone to 3.0 using the itunes. after its upgraded then use redsn0w and follow instructions in it to jailbreak it and unlock it . im thinking that you have 2g iphone. if you have 3g iphone then the procedure of jailbraking is same but unlocking is different.
I think he has 2G as he said he is currently running firmware 1.1.4. So do whateva katana suggested and u r good to go. And if u r a newbie than my suggestion to u is to dont mess around with ur Iphone and take it to an experienced and trusty person who knows Iphone things Best.
