Nokia 5130 XM Battery Life ?

Salam Everyone !


I just bought Nokia 5130 Xpress Music but i am disappointing because its battery life is quite weak and just goes down when i turn on Radio or listen music. I was thinking that do i need its software update ? If anyone also has this phone then tell their performances ? My phone's current software version is V 06.94 and of date 21-07-09 . Thanks!

Guys i just read its user manual and it showed me that what i was doing wrong. I wasn't closing music player properly. I had to press and hold power/end key button to close player properly and i was just pausing and then pressing the power key once so maybe that's why it was eating up all the battery. Right now i am charging it from start and i hope it will solve this problem. :)

man ! This battery is worse than previous. Last night i played music for 1.5 hrs and then do texting for just 30 mins and battery drained very quickly. :S

thats how it is...
thats what the music edition is all about.....
there is software by the name of battery extender..
but it wont work on ur phone!!!!
soo there is no other solution!!!

So i have to live with it ? Or firmware update would help me ? Shopkeeper told me that it should play music for 3-4 hours and i was amazed because Nokia claimed 21 hrs and other sites claimed 12 hrs. :S

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
