Hey people wassup......yaar i need help.........i'm upgrading my system.......i've got a limit of 15,000........should i got a 256mb graphic card, 512 mb ram and 80gb harddisk for my computer or upgrade the motherboard and processor......i've P4 1.8ghz celeron with 128mb agp Nvidia Geforce FX5200 and 512mb ram.......also can someone give me prices for HT Motherboards with processors..sorry if you guys don't understand the thread....i'm a newbie

If you want to play the games then get a P-IV instead of a celeron, celeron is not for gaming..here is the price list of the components which you require:

- Intel Pentium-IV 3.2GHZ processor with HT (775PIN) = RS 5,600

- Inetel D945 GCLL with PCI Express slot = RS 5,500

- Kingston 512MB DDR (PC 400) = RS 2500

- Segate 80GB SATA = RS 2900

TOTAL COST: RS 16,600

you can't get a video card in that budget, even if you decrease the processor to 2.8GHZ U will only save few hundreds Ruppes and still U can't get a graphic card

well that's an extremely limited budget, i suggest waiting and saving a bit more a good graphics card would cost you Rs.15000 atleast.

It's a mother board with PCI Express slot, PCI Express is a new technology which already replaced the slow AGP slots..now you have to buy the PCI Express based graphic card which are lil bit cheaper then the AGP ones...

Yarr zarak, building a gaming machine is not an easy job it's a whole new world where you will find pitfalls and you will find bonuses like "Over clocking", in other words if you are a newbie and you like to be gamer and you don't want to get yourself fucked, then go for Console like xbox360.

I don't want to give you a lecture on this topic, you have the world of internet do some research first; everybody is heading for consoles these days.

I don't want to lose a new Pakistani Gaming Fan.
Already we are low in numbers.

Hmmm then i suggest to have a budget above then 60000RS for the same gaming exprience like Ps3 and xbox360.

devil is right... it is extremely limited budget.... i suggest u to wait and get atleast 35000 for a decent gaming rig...... if u can't then go for inferno's advice
