Need Help! about Teknogods mw3 (2.7.0.1) for Offline LAN play!

I have tried almost all the tutorials available on the internet, yet I m unable to start offline server without internet!
Co-op is not a problem!
Problem is, Offline TDM (or any match like snd, sabotage) on LAN is not starting! I have tried it on two laptops. Unlike co-op, I can't find other player!

can any one help me? i need all the steps one by one! (text and images only)

I didn't make any dedicated server before I connected both of my laptops.
is it first step?
share the how-to?

Thank God ..... I finally succeeded in making a TDM server and joining it!


But i still dont know how to change map or gametype! lolz
it will take me sometime perhaps..


does any one know which commands to type in teknogods to change gametype etc
