how to recover a hacked FB ID? despite having implemented robust security measures, such as enabling two-factor authentication, my FB ID (secondary) got hacked. I've tried to recover it using the email and phone I've provided as contact information. However, FB is not recognizing this email and contact details that were associated with it, whereas someone else's email is being partially shown (screenshot attached).
how can I directly approach FB via email or online chat? Any ideas?
