Guys am bit worried.Any idea of any one in ISB/RWP to de laminate my certificate..It has hard pastic coated.Need to attest it..

Afaik, lamination is glued only at the ends and edges. If you cut the edges, it will open easily.

I have successfully de laminated it by a pro.He charged heavily 500 !! but man he did a great job
