bf3 - re installation ---- i dont want to re install the game

i had to re install windows as the damn boot sector got booted ...

now i have to install bf3 again . i have installed and updated origin , but i had the copy of bf3 installed on another hard disk ...can i some how use origin to just repair that install as it was working fine n all ..coz i dont want to re install the entire game again ..
any help pls .
