Best Bank For Online Shopping And Student Accounts ?

ok guys so i decided to open a student bank account , i want to have the most hassle free bank and pref someone who has eased terms on giving credit cards below i have outline the main uses i need a bank for

1. online game buying (i.e buying games from steam or direct2drive and i also wanna buy a wowtlk cd key)

2. getting online transfers from people in pakistan ( should be free to the sender for their convenience , askari bank are a bunch of gits who charge for stuff like online transfers and deposits im not a fool to pay 300 bucks just for putting money in my own account )

3. they should have a low start up amount ( student package ) for SC (standard chartered asks for 30k for individual and the realtions officer advised me a saving account which can open with a cross cheque of 6k but student accounts are waived off certain taxes and stuff )

4. i might get a lil bashing but i wanna play retail wow =} so i need a good bank that can handle that for me as well 80*$15 = Rs.1200 i dont wanna pay outrageous amounts like 2k a month if someone who is currently playing wow can let me know the value of what they are paying to the bank currently i would really appreciate it

so if someone could help me open a good student account given that i want to buy non-physical appearance items which normally wont need any shipping and for which i wont be over charged id appreciate it , i look forward for feed back from bank users who buy stuff off the net and are in pakistan

I was also planning to open an account so i went to Bank Alfalah but their staff managment made me angry by not responsing well to my ides.I gave up my plan of account.If anybody can advice some good banks with their personal experience it would be useful for me also.

Alfalah, they allow you to enable and disable your card for online use so YAY for safety.
Plus, tested first hand on Retail US WoW.

P.S Are you getting US or EU.
