If you want to run the Battlefield 4 commander mode on your phone instead of your tablet, here are a few simple steps.

Step 1: You need a rooted Android device with Android 4.1.x and above
Step 2: Download the App "Market Helper" Link: http://codekiem.com/market-helper/latest and upload it on your phone.
Step 3: Install it and fake your phone as a tablet. Use this link: Market Helper – spoof your Android device to download incompatible apps from the Android Market if you don't know how that works.
Step 4: Visit the normal Google Play Store and search "for Battlefield 4 Commander"
Step 5: Cause of your faked device the Play Store will notice your Phone as a tablet and you'll see the official BF4 Commander App
Step 6: Download and install it. On the first start the App will download a ~700mb update.
Step 7: Restore your faked device.
Step 8: Start the BF4 Commander App, login to your Battlelog account and feel free to play!

P.S: you can restore your device settings after installing the app.

How to place the data files on your phone:

It should look like this: Internal Storage/Android/OBB/com.ea.game.warsawcommander_row
