    My connection is pretty good. Get 470/480 KBPS on torrents but it does go out occasionally. Like weekends, or Sunday nights it doesn't perform as it should. Sometimes even 100 kbps http-download. Will this temperamental attitude of the internet affect tv streaming?

    I called PTCL helpline and two different people told me the 4mb package is unlimited. There's no download restriction of 300gb.. Are they lying through their teeth? EDIT: Just confirmed from 1236 - The 5k extra charge once bandwidth usage exceeds 300gb is INDEED present on packages up till 4mbit.
