    You can buy any region PS4 doesn't matter now, the only difference is that in region 3 PS4 the X and O buttons are switched BUT ONLY in the PS menus. As for the Psn account you can still use the old one. I hope I'm not wrong on this one. Good luck Sent from my Nexus 4 using Tapatalk

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
